This isnt a new recipie but i used the Custard Cup Cake recipie and just made one big cake! I used my new silicone star shaped cake 'tin' (thank you to Emily for my fab present). As one big cake the texture is really moist and takes about 30 mins in the oven or until the centre is set and doesnt wobble. The icing is just the same as before - icing sugar and water.
